The product line works seamlessly together

I love that all the Boxio's boxes are all the same size and that the product line works perfectly together. What's best is that we can order each of the parts as replacement pieces. Saves money. I appreciate the thought built into the products.

Boxio Trenntoilette - Empfehlenswert

Beim ausprobieren der Boxio habe ich festgestellt das ich Probleme mit dem Trennen habe, Urin sowohl in den Kanister, als auch in den Feststoffbehälter läuft. Ob das nun an der Urinmenge oder dem Zielen liegt, vermag ich nicht zu beurteilen... deshalb habe ich reklamiert und einen anderen Trenneinsatz bestellt. Bei dem wider Erwarten der Trennsteg wieder genauso wie bei meinem WC ist. Ich hatte gedacht er wäre höher. Ansonsten bin ich mit der Boxio sehr zufrieden und kann sie weiter empfehlen.

vielen Dank für dein ehrliches und ausführliches Feedback! Es freut uns erst mal riesig, dass du mit deiner BOXIO insgesamt sehr zufrieden bist und sie sogar weiterempfiehlst.

Dass die Trennung bei dir noch nicht reibungslos klappt, ist natürlich schade. Wir haben den Trenneinsatz so designt, dass er für die meisten Körperformen super funktioniert, aber manchmal braucht es am Anfang tatsächlich ein bisschen Übung oder ein minimales Umsetzen, bis der „Flow“ stimmt.
