The Boxio wash station is a quality made product, perfect for our van travels. It takes some assembly, but the instructions are clear and easy to follow. Love it!

good product, so-so customer service

The sink itself is well designed, well made, and just the right (small) size to fit into my tiny van. Customer service, though, was odd. Two points: 1) I was on the road when I ordered the sink and tried to get it sent to an address other than the billing address--no way to do that. 2) When I phoned to try to address this, the phone number was not Boxio but was a private number. I emailed Boxio about this without any response.
